Summer reading πŸ“– is in full swing

I like to get my new books each summer and then kick off reading season!

This year’s theme will be around a few topics I want to go deeper on:

-The Brain 🧠 and how it works so we can design better experiences (at work and at home)
-Neuroscience for organizational change
-Decision Making
-Better Thinking πŸ€”
-Color Psychology
-Culture

I will start to share insights on the books as I get through them πŸ˜€ - I’ve already done a few and I am reading from a few each day (they are strategically placed around the house )

Some of the books include:

πŸ“— The Brain Friendly Workplace by Friederike Fabritius

πŸ“— The Culture Map by Erin Meyer

πŸ“— Un#%ck your Brain by Faith Harper (really interesting style of writing)

πŸ“— Neuroscience for Organizational Change by Hilary Scarlett

And more, i’ll do posts on them soon, I have about 35 or so to share.I am also planning some tools around some of the learnings as well.

If you want to stay up to date on the books, don’t forget to have a look at my book list - where you can find everything behavioral science related.
