Do you know The Behavior Change Techniques Taxonomy?

It is a powerful and evidence based resource for anyone working in designing employee or customer experiences.

This wonderful card deck with the Behavior Change Techniques was kindly sent to me by Lucie Byrne-Davis (Thanks again Lucie!! 😀)

If you are not familiar with the Behavior Change Techniques Taxonomy, it is a set of 93 techniques that can be used to help enbable people to do the things they already wanted to do.

BCT’s are the smallest components in a behavioral intervention ( think of them as all tge ingredients that go into making a salad 🥗, you may need more than one to make it taste right and be nutritious)

The taxonomy was developed by Susan Michie and colleagues and was funded by the UK Medical Research Council.

I have a free Miro board with the techniques if you are interested in seeing them there, check it out here.

Love ❤️ how these cards were made though, really useful.
